MedHaul
Safe, Reliable, & Efficient
MedHaul connects healthcare organizations to high-quality non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) providers for patients with special needs. Our technology automates the transportation process, providing a single place to schedule and track rides for patients.
At MedHaul, we prioritize the development of innovative and accessible transportation solutions for vulnerable communities that are often overlooked, including the elderly and those with physical and cognitive disabilities.
How MedHaul Works
1. Automatic Transportation Provider Matching
Our technology platform screens the transportation requirements of each patient, automatically matching them with a driver who is available and capable of meeting their needs.
Key Issues Addressed:
- Lack of access to a vehicle
- Inability to pay for transportation
- Inadequate public transportation
- Underinsured/uninsured
- Face mobility challenges
- Reside in rural areas
- Have physical or mental disabilities
- Cannot travel or wait for a ride alone
2. Proactive Patient Reminders
Patient ride reminders are available in over 50 languages and are sent via text, automated calls, and/or email.
Delays in medical treatment can lead to the progression of chronic disease and worse health outcomes while excessively using resources. Key issues that are positively impacted through the use of an efficient NEMT service, such as MedHaul include:
